This course is lead by certified trainers/instructors who help determine what a student is capable of and teach them how to exercise safely, effectively, and most importantly, how to have some fun so these habits stick into adulthood. Our kids not only learn to love movement and fitness, but they also gain confidence, improve focus, learn to work well with others and become stronger in the process.
In this 4-week course, students will learn the importance of exercising their body regularly and practicing good posture and gym etiquette while doing:

The goal of overall body conditioning and increasing their physical fitness levels on a regular consistent basis, is for students to experience:

Course Price: $250

A Non-Refundable Deposit will be due at sign-up.
The deposit is $50 for each course that you reserve. All deposits are applied to the course balance for the session days reserved. Your deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable---UNLESS the program is cancelled due to lack of sufficient registrants.
The balance for the course is due on prior to the start of the course.
